Feds: Tugboat transported cocaine to Fla. from Puerto Rico   Man arrested with 3 kilos of the drug in his home (3/11/2010) (JACKSONVILLE, Fla.) -- A tugboat sailing from Puerto Rico to Florida was used to transport cocaine, the Florida Times-Union reported. Federal officials said they arrested a Jacksonville area man.
